3. Cable design 

1. Power cable
    1.1 Conductor: use stranded copper wire, 4 wires (3 wires of 6.0mm2, 1 wire of 2.5mm2).
    1.2 Insulation: made of compound insulation, special high temperature resistant material, heat resistance≥120℃.

2. Cabling: refer to the figure.

3. Sheath: polyethylene, nominal outer diameter :18.0mm.

4. Reinforced layer: reinforce by steel wire double-layer reverse stranding with high strength.

5. Cable nominal outer diameter: 25.0mm.

 

• Main applications

   This cable is used for power supply and signal transmission of underwater equipment in the ocean, can be dragged, can be winded for unwinded repeatedly.

 

• Working condition

1. Working ambient temperature: -20℃+80℃;
2. The minimum allowable bending radius for installation is 10 times of the cable outer diameter;
