How We Engineered a Custom Stainless Steel Chain System for a Canadian Farm

    We are pleased to share another successful delivery to our valued customer in Canada - a Chain Disk Chain 304SS with Plastic Chew Pucks, specially customized for livestock feed conveying systems.

   This project involved a total of 4,000 meters of stainless steel chain, each section featuring 17 chain links and 9 nylon paddles precisely configured to meet the customer’s operational design. Our engineering team worked closely with the client to ensure every specification matched their automated feeding system for pig and poultry farms.

   The product combines 304 stainless steel chains with durable nylon paddles, delivering outstanding resistance to corrosion, wear, and impact. The smooth-running design prevents feed blockages and ensures consistent material flow through the pipeline, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.

   According to the customer’s feedback, the upgraded system has significantly improved feed distribution efficiency. The robust stainless steel construction has remained rust-free and fully operational for over a year — with zero malfunctions reported.
