Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoALA high-quality alloy steel with nitriding treatment, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
Hydraulic system is controlled by a servo motor with long life, low noise, and high efficiency. The hydraulic valve of the machine adopts Japan Yuken valve. The valve is widely used in the machinery industry due to its advantages such as not easy to get stuck, rapid reversing response, and high control accuracy.
Machine adopt the national patent “Automated production machine remote control diagnosis system” to ensure it running stably.
Clamping system adopt diagonal double tie bar center clamping bi-directional synchrounous high precision linear guideway clamping device, keep the platen receive strength evenly,moving smoothly.
